Croquettes glutenfree

Once a chic side dish that was served in particularly noble atmospheres. But the croquettes is on an unstoppable march around Europe since World War II. Every year there are 300 million croquettes eaten in the Netherlands; in average, 25 per person per year! All the more reason to add this popular delicacy from VA Foods to your asortment.

Preparation advice: Fry the croquettes from the freezer in oil at 170°C about 7 minutes. Don’t let defrost. To avoid cross- contamination, we recommend not to fry allergen containing products in vegetable frying oil.

The mentioned cooking time are average. Therefore we advise you to try out the exact cooking time on your own airfryer or deep fryer.
