Yum! Crispy (spicy) chicken sandwich

Fancy a nice sandwich but you have no inspiration? Then read on because this sandwich is just as delicious as it looks!
Do you like spicy? You can spice it up by adding more Sriracha mayo. 🌶️

Ingredients

• Gluten- and dairy-free baguette from Traindevie (via Bakkerij van Hecke)
• Lettuce
• Slices of gherkin and grated carrot (you can cook these briefly in vinegar with sugar. This gives them a nice sweet and sour taste (recommended!)
• Cucumber
• Chicken nuggets from VA Foods
• Allioli
• Sriracha mayo
• Baked onions from VA Foods
