Allumez le four \u00e0 210 degr\u00e9s. Sortez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e du cong\u00e9lateur pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse d\u00e9congeler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2. \u00c9pluchez le potiron et coupez-le en petites tranches. Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour un sachet de cubes de citrouille dans cette recette car aucune citrouille n&rsquo;\u00e9tait disponible. On coupe encore plus les cubes en deux pour qu&rsquo;ils soient moins \u00e9pais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3. \u00c9pluchez l&rsquo;oignon rouge et coupez-le en demi-anneaux. Coupez \u00e9galement les tomates cerises en deux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>4. M\u00e9langez ensuite le potiron, l&rsquo;oignon rouge et les tomates cerises dans un bol. Tapisser la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie ou la grille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. \u00c9talez d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9. Assurez-vous que les bords sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur\u00e9lev\u00e9s. Vous pouvez le faire en repliant les bords. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement choisir du fromage de ch\u00e8vre, du fromage blanc, etc. Nous avons choisi du fromage v\u00e9g\u00e9talien dans cette recette en raison d&rsquo;une intol\u00e9rance au lactose et au lait.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>7. Placez la feuille de g\u00e2teau au milieu du four pendant environ 25 minutes. Lorsque la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e est bien croustillante, vous pouvez la sortir du four.
