Kook ook de Edamame bonen volgens verpakking. Zet ondertussen de friteuse aan indien je de schnitzels\/kipnuggets gaat bereiden in de friteuse.<\/li>\n<li>Schil de wortels en rasp ze. Snijdt met een kaasschaaf (of een dunschiller) plakjes komkommer in de lengte. Rol ze vervolgens op en leg apart.<\/li>\n<li>Snijdt de mango in blokjes van ongeveer 1 centimeter. Snijdt ook de rode kool in dunne reepjes en de lente ui in kleine ringetjes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Bereid de schnitzels\/kipnuggets volgens verpakking in de friteuse. Je kunt ze eventueel ook in een koekenpan bereiden. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Laat de schnitzels\/kipnuggets even afkoelen op een keukenpapier. Snijdt de kipnuggets doormidden of de schnitzels in reepjes.<\/li>\n<li>Giet de rijst af en laat goed uitlekken. Giet er vervolgens een scheutje rijstazijn doorheen en meng het geheel goed door elkaar.<\/li>\n<li>Pak vervolgens de kommen en vul deze met alle ingredi\u00ebnten gesorteerd per ingredi\u00ebnt.
