Also cook the Edamame beans according to the packaging. In the meantime, turn on the deep fryer if you are going to prepare the Maxicado in the deep fryer.<\/li>\n<li>Peel the carrots and grate them. Cut slices of cucumber lengthwise with a cheese slicer (or a peeler). Then roll them up and put them aside.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the mango into cubes of abozut 1 centimeter. Also cut the red cabbage into thin strips and the spring onion into small rings.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the Maxicado according to the packaging in the deep fryer. You can also prepare them in a frying pan. Fry them until they get some color.<\/li>\n<li>Let the Maxicado cool down on a paper towel. Then cut the Maxicado into strips.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the rice and let it drain well. Then pour a dash of rice vinegar through it and mix everything well.<\/li>\n<li>Then take the bowls and fill them with all the ingredients sorted by ingredient.
