Baked Onion glutenfree

Baked onions are used as a seasoning in many dishes. For example on burgers, mince meat sausages, bread, salads, peanut sauce or soup. Also in Indonesian cuisine at noodle and fried rice dishes. They are added last so that they are served crispy.
